Is there a place to lay a mat in the festival and event hall?

The tent is the same as the answer above, and it is possible to place a mat in the venue where it does not interfere with walking and programs due to difficulties in walking.

Unlike last year, do you not operate a campground this year? If not, can I use a private tent? I purchased a ticket, can I cancel or change the time?
